initial gate installed 11/13/2013 for $1500. service was good. gate worked great. gate response to remotes became bad roughly 10 months later. called on 11/6/2014 to have them come out for warranty check. technician showed up wo 30 minute precall established the gate was not responsive and the technician replaced radio receiver. still did not fixed the issue. he said he would have another tech come out to extend the antenna. time in to time leave ~ 15min 2 days later i was sent an invoice for $158. i was never told i would be charged or even given an notification that i was going to be charged. invoice said "could not duplicate any problem. replaced receiver per owner request anyway". LIES called 11/10/2014 in to dispute invoice. i was then told that the invoice was for labor. FOR WHAT? NOTHING WAS FIXED. tried to scheduled for a technician again and was told that they could not put me on the schedule (bc it was for warranty call) and that they would come when they could. 11/29/2014 (3 weeks later on a saturday morning) random phone call - "supervisor is on his way". i guess lucky us., we were home. supervisor came out, nice guy. immediately showed the problem the gate was not responsive to the remotes again and he agreed. his assessment was to replace the entire board. i was told i had to call back to make sure it was going to be covered under warranty. 12/3/2014 today i was told yes - the part is free (under warranty). labor is $351. i did not accept.

Have used them twice. Both times they were polite, responsive, arrived on time, new what they were doing, and repaired the fault with the gate opener. I have no complaints

I have used this provider in the past but did not have face to face contact with them the first time. I tried to use them again this past weekend (1/18/14). They were supposed to arrive at my community between 8am and 12pm to fix our electronic gate. I was given the impression when I called and scheduled my appointment that they would put it on the schedule for earlier in the time frame allotted. I called at 10:45 am to see if anyone was coming and let them know that I had been given the impression that they would be there early and the receptionist said he is still coming but we cannot put people on the schedule in any order. At 12:30pm they had still not shown up so I called and cancelled my appointment. In my first dealing with them for my HOA community gate they would not send me a bill and then were rude on the phone when I called them MULTIPLE times to ask them to send me an invoice so that I could pay them the approximately $500 that the HOA owed.

The owner called me in March asking me why I haven't paid my invoice. I told him I have a copy of a canceled check and sent it through him. I also advised him that they have not finished the job by painting it. They have put a wrong vinyl on the top of each rod. They haven't come back and finished it yet. They are reliable two out of three times. I have used them twice before with a fair amount of success. If they come back and finish the job, then I might use them.
