Garza's Painting Co

Mr. Garza gave me a flat rate estimate before he started that included quality paint and supplies which he bought. He and his team assessed for damaged areas and reported them to me as they found them. He fixed them expertly and painted everything with excellent quality paint, caulking, wood, siding, and other supplies. He and his team worked efficiently and quietly and cleaned up everyday when they finished for the day. He kept me informed frequently on problems discovered and progress which as an older lady I appreciated. He added a lot of little items that I had mentioned in passing like painting the mailbox!

It was a pleasure have Garza Painting company paint our kitchen. They are punctual and hardworking. I had a deadline, and they worked hard to make sure I could meet my deadline. They do an outstanding job at prepping! My cabinets and walls turned out beautifully. I also had a little carpentry work that they were able to do too. I will use Garza Painting again and tell my friends what an excellent job they did for me.

I liked them because they were in business for a long time. When they paint they just do it with the brush. They go right up the wall make a straight line up to the ceiling. It was a good experience. They did a real good job. They were on time and were very professional.

The crew was very prompt and efficient. They worked hard until the project was finished, and the boss (Mr. Garza) came by three times to evaluate progress and communicate the schedule. They were quite thorough in making sure all areas were painted properly. They could have improved on clean-up. Though they swept and raked, I found old paint around hedges and in flower beds. I had compared several estimates and Mr. Garza's came in significantly lower. However, his estimate included only one coat of paint whereas others included two. I did not immediately recognize this, but Mr. Garza assured me one coat of the paint he used would be sufficient due to his quality. He gave me the option of having a second coat for an additional $700. The second coat did not prove to be necessary, and the final cost came in several hundred dollars below the other estimates.

I wasn't pleased with him at all. He had to come back a couple of times to finish stuff. My husband asked him for some paint and he finished it himself. I didn't like the whole experience myself and I would tell others to look for someone else.

He was doing work in the neighborhood, and I had good reports on him from my neighbors. He laid down stuff to protect my floors. The ceiling fan got some debris, so it squeaked for quite a while afterwards. It was a little irritating. However, he did good work otherwise. I will use him again in the future.

Juan's crew arrived on time with all the proper paints required by our HOA. They did all the work in the estimated time-frame. They covered all our bushes, protected our patio furniture and concrete walkways from paint. They hand brushed and rolled the entire three story townhouse. There were no issues with overspray because of this and when they left my property there was no sign they had been there except a new looking exterior. I couldn't have been more pleased with their job, so much so that I paid him a bonus.
