Garage Door Services

I called Garage Door Services because my neighbor had recently used them and was pleased. I was also pleased with their promptness. They quickly installed a Liftmaster and properly programmed the opener in my car.

Horrible!! He ran the garage door up and down so many times it blew a circuit board. Then he left because "he didn't feel well". They finally came back after 8 days. He reset something then it ran up and down a couple of more times. When I tried again about an hour later it wasn't working again. We didn't even bother calling them back. We hired another company that came out and replaced the board and fixed the other garage door for much less money. HORRIBLE company.

He explained everything in detail and asked us what we wanted. He explained how old our present unit was which helped us make a good decision. He was very professional and saved us some money giving us a coupon from the internet.

Louis Nixon came on time and was very professional. He replaced the big spring, educated and advised me on my garage door. --Excellent-- I would recommend their services, and I'll use them again.

The service was great. My appointment was scheduled within 3 hours of the door breaking and me calling. The scheduler advised me of a small fee to come out that would be added to the repair if they were approved to do the work. They also said the technician would call as the appointment time approached. As promised, the technician called and notified me he would be there in 30 minutes. He was on time and started right to work. He provided a quick cost estimate and upon approval started working. He asked if I wanted to do some recommended maintenance work, which I KNOW was needed. He was not really pushing more sales just providing some expert experience. I was comfortable enough to have him look at the other less used garage door while he was here, and he gave it a quick look and said it was fine. The total time for repair was very reasonable. I found Leo helpful and very hard working. He reminded me twice that the work was warrantied for a year. I would call them again.
