Description of Work: I called to get a quote for lubrication of my garage door., which works fine but is squeaking. This company would not provide a quote or even an estimate over the phone. I was told that I would have to pay $29.95 for a technician to show up at my house, and he would provide an estimate at that time. If I do not accept the estimate, I would still have to pay $29.95 for a service call. I found this to be ridiculous. I decided not to do business with this company.

+ -1 moreThey were quick coming to house and got started right away, but the work took longer than expected. Ultimately satisfied with finished product.
Description of Work: Replace broken spring on garage door. Since the door has two springs we replaced both springs. Price was higher than expected for the job, but for quick service decided to accept bid.
