concrete driveways
+ -1 moreThey did a great job, but 6 months later, we had a hairline crack. I called them several times to see if they could come back out and fix it, but they never erturned the call.
Description of Work: They installed the driveway.

+ -1 moreMr. Philips and I agreed to start the work on replacing my driveway some 6 months ago. Six months and 5 start dates later, NO work has been started. He continues to give me start dates and then the date passes with no one showing up to perform the work. That's right. At least 6 months of this (if not longer - I've forgotten when our first contact took place). Yesterday (25th April) I called, yet again, but no return call. So now he won't even return the phone calls. Obviously, that was the last straw.
Description of Work: That's the problem: NO work was performed.

+ -1 moreGreat crew over long (Hurricane Rita, too) construction period of several weeks. Great to see a real professional group considering how unsupervised most workers are. Busy business doing mostly large jobs, but done right. Crew respectful of quiet hours in Association and even a nosey neighbor.
Description of Work: Pavers, dirt and clay removed from l-o-n-g, l-o-n-g, three car garage area and driveway, as well as rear and front yard. Sump pump placed in rear yard as well as huge drains in driveway. Lot is 20,000 square feet and virtually the walks, driveway and all four sides of the house had to be cleared and regraded. Previous owner had no idea that house was graded improperly, leading to flooding of first floor in heavy rains. Mr. Phillips crew lowered lot so that now we have steps at front and side doorways, but wonderfully dry since work done.
