FSI doesn't pay subcontractors this is not a good business to work with. Specifically if associated with Paul Denmond the senior Vice President and Troy Vincent the manager of the Dallas location. Please review all the current liens this company has before you do business with them. The last time I spoke with Paul was June 2020 when he once again promised to send payment. We were hired to work on the McAurther Apartments this was an insurance project the insurance agent confirmed they were paid in full. We successfully completed this project and they have yet to pay us on.

They were on time, professional and did a really good job for me. I would highly recommend them to others. I also found them to be very reasonable on their rates and they left my house very clean. There was foreman here at all times so that I could communicate any concerns or questions to.
Description of Work: I hired them to do some foundation work on my home.
