Overall they have good customer service.

They did a good job and did exactly what I asked for.

After much research, found I could get the most for my money at Fry's. One computer had a malfunction. Frys exchanges product. Both computers are perfect!

I chose and paid for the washer and dryer at the store and scheduled delivery for that Sunday afternoon. The salesperson was very courteous and helped me to choose a great set that are a very good value. She made sure to tell me about the accessories I needed to buy (a stacking kit and the gas hook-up kit). They give you a 4 hour window for delivery, but will call about 1/2 hour before arriving. The driver called and showed up within the time window they provided. He and his helper brought up the appliances and installed them without any problems. It took them about 1 hour total. The driver seemed unfriendly, but maybe that was because the 2nd floor is very high and they had to take them up further than expected (the duplex has a crawlspace foundation and high ceilings on the ground floor). In any case, they were professional and got the job done efficiently.

I bought the refrigerator. Botched paperwork kept us there an extra 20 minutes, but overall a good experience. Delivery was set 2 days later. Delivery was two and a half hours outside of window given. Doors were banged up and scratched, they said they would be replaced. I called the next day, they knew nothing about it. I couldn't hook up the water line. They told me to go to Home Depot and get an adapter. The next guys that showed up an hour and a half late, said the adapter was right. It would not work, so we needed to replace our wall fixture, because it was outdated. They also neglected to tell us that after they had already hauled our old refrigerator off, that the new refrigerator could not be used for 8 to 12 hours. So we made a 45 minute scramble with all our food to a relative's house. Delivery and set up is the weak area here. In fairness, they did give us a $200 credit on the bill. We still have to pay the plumber. I am not totally sure the plumber is necessary.
