Fresh Start came quickly and got here right before Thanksgiving, to do the work. They got the work done right away for me, as I wanted it ready prior to the holidays. All of the work was finished in 1 day and they had everything cleaned up well, when they left.

I was very satisfied with their service and the rate was really good. I don't know what else there is to say, I just liked the work they did.

This patio is fabulous. I love it , I use it all the time to sit out in my yard. They had a crew of guys who actually had it all done in four days. They cleaned up very well when the were done and carted away the stones from the old patio. I no longer have a flooding problem either.

Doug & Cricket and their crew did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it (actually, earlier!), completed the work on schedule, and left our yard clean, after they were done.

I had a previous contractor put down some flagstone on my back patio. For one they didn't finish the job and two they did a terrible job. Fresh Start Landscapes came in and started from scratch and put down fresh cement foundation and new flagstone and it looks amazing! I couldn't be happier, I just want to sit out there all the time and admire it. I also had a problem with flooding in my house if it rained too hard. They also put in some drainage so the rain would stay out of my house. The good news is, it rained really hard last night and my floors are dry! The price was a little over my budget but worth it. Doug, his wife, and his crew were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process.

A crew of six worked for two very hot days; they did an exceptional job. I can highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to call again for future work.

They're not cheap, but the work is worth it, and for all I had done, I feel the price was good. They also worked within my time frame, which was quite short, as I was having out of town company the following weekend and wanted everything to be completed! They did the job, and I'm so pleased. It's beautiful.

Price quoted seemed high at the time of the estimate but now that it is done, I can see just the level of detail and completeness of work they were planning on doing. I especially liked the fact they were always on time for appointments ... from the first visit to give the estimate on through the actual work to be done. Planning on having them come back out this fall for more work (fall plants and perhaps a total lighting system).

I have used this company since February of 2003. The company employees are very friendly. They worked quickly to finish the job and drove their company truck to my home. They have a guarantee on all the shrubs and plants in the yard as well as the sod. I was very happy with the service that they provided and my yard is coming together.

DOUG AND CRICKET WERE VERY PERSONABLE AND EAGER TO PLEASE. PROBLEMS WERE HANDLED WELL. DOUG DOES NOT STAY WITH THE CREW, BUT STOPS BY FROM TIME TO TIME TO OVERSEE THE WORK. SOME EXTRAS WERE ADDED BY ME DURING THE PROJECT AND THE PRICES FOR THEM SEEMED A LITTLE STEEP. I HAD EXPECTED (AND THOUGHT WE HAD AGREED TO) SEVERAL ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EXISTING SPRINKLER HEADS BECAUSE OF THE BED CHANGES. VERY MINOR 'QUICK FIXES' WERE DONE BUT I WILL HAVE TO REPLACE THE HEADS MYSELF. (FOR EXAMPLE, A LINE OF MOSS ROCK SAT ON TOP OF SEVERAL HEADS. THE HEADS WERE MOVED OVER A BIT TO THE OUTSIDE, BUT THE ROCK BLOCKS THE WATER SPRAY INTO THE BEDS. MINOR MOVE INCLUDED, TALLER HEAD NOT. THEY DO NOT DO 'MAINTENANCE' ON SYSTEMS THEY HAVEN'T INSTALLED. OVERALL A VERY GOOD LOOKING PROJECT. ALL OF THE MATERIAL - PLANTS ESPECIALLY - ARE FIRST RATE.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE - DOUG PERRY CAME AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND RECOMMENDED SEVERAL THINGS. HE LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET TO MY JOB SOONER THAN SCHEDULED, AND ALL OF THE WORK WAS DONE IN ONE DAY. THE CREW CLEANED UP VERY WELL BEFORE THEY LEFT. IF IT DIDN'T LOOK SO NICE, YOU'D NEVER KNOW THEY WERE HERE.
