Came out on Saturday and gave estimate, work was started on Tuesday and finished that evening.

LawCalled and asked for a quote. Was told on the phone that he would come by at a time when I am at home. We agreed he would come the same day after 6PM (We have dogs and I wanted to make sure knew that and introduce him to the dogs so that there are no problems). Unfortunately the first day was a no-show, and the next day was a no show as well. Then out of the blue I get a call that he looked at the yard and we agreed on a price and that he would come by on Saturday, again, I refer you to the above mentioned dogs. Then out of the blue on Friday morning he decides Saturday will not work but he would come by on Friday if if I could leave the check outside. I agreed to that telling, already having a bad feeling. Sometime during Friday I then get a call that he cannot finish the job because there are dogs in the yard. My remark that this was the reason why I wanted him to come when we are home as well was met with absolute ignorance. Now 4 days after the attempted service an 3 text messages of me asking if he intends to ever finish the job I finally get a response that he will not, because there are dogs. Sometimes one wonders why I even talk to contractors if they seem to be unable to listen and comprehend what is being said.

They do a great job.

They are very polite. They come and do the work quickly and efficiently. If they can't come on a particular they will show up another day to make sure the work is done. They also work with you on making payments and their prices are reasonable.
