We hired them to address some issues with siding that was starting to bow, power wash the house, caulk and paint. Additionally, they oiled our porch ceilings, stained the back deck and applied boiled linseed oil to the front deck. They did a great job. They were on time. Good communication. Willing to go to the paint store and debate color schemes. Reasonable cost adjustment as we added a 4th color to our color scheme.

Team arrived on time as scheduled and completed the job in a day even though they found additional rotten wood that had to be addressed. We agreed on a change order w/ what I feel was a fair price - no price gouging - finished product looks very good.

They even came by the day before to obtain a sample of our existing siding to match the replacement parts perfectly. Jose was always available by phone to answer our questions prior to and after the installation as needed. The end result was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Eric did a good job of making sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Although I didn’t hire this company because I was in a rush to complete the job, I was very impressed by Eric, the young man who came to check out my project. He took photos and researched my old siding to see if a match could be made. His research was appreciated, but I moved quickly after deciding with another provider not to match siding. Eric followed up several times and was eager to make sure I would get the job completed as I wanted it. A good customer service effort!
