We had a small leak around some of the pipes & vents on our roof. After receiving quotes from several contractors, they weren't the cheapest quote but were very fair for our project. My wife and I were impressed by their professionalism, quick response, and ample communication. Not only did we hire Joaqin and his crew, but we added on to the original scope of the project. In total we had them replace vent collars, roof jacks, some bad shingles, replace our backdoor with a new door and re-trim +paint, and install new gutters along the back of the house. Jose headed up the project and his guys knocked it out in a single day. A 1yr warranty was offered on the work done too. Despite a few paint drips and a minor tear in my linoleum by the back door, I'm very pleased with all of the work performed and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Seriously, my backdoor looks amazing! Thanks guys!

I am very disappointed in Joaquin, the owner. I have used this business twice in the past for skylight repair and roof replacement, both with good service. I have had a leaking window from rain water from the roof and contacted Joaquin to check it out. He was a no show with first appointment and never followed up about repairs when his associate did come out. I guess my project was too small to be bothered with.Last year, I referred my neighbor to Joaquin for roof work before this lack of customer service and bad business practice began. This is a terrible way to treat a loyal customer.

I appreciate the way this contractor worked with me to get the most affordable way to repair the siding and trim, as well as make necessary adjustments to help prevent a recurrence of the main problems. He truly listened to me, gave excellent consulting advice, didn't try to upsell additional work, and worked within our budget.

Work is yet to begin; but references are available to completed projects.

They were on time for the estimate and repair appointment , quoted a price both times before the work began. They took care of issues on the roof too. The issues of course cost more to accomplish however they told me it was my option to do the roof repairs or not. So, when they gave me the new price for repairs I had them to do all the work. Work was done same day and it was not a rush job at all. Painting took 1 day more than they stated, no big deal at all. Since they took far less than what I expected them to complete the work. Thanks Joaquin. Very impressed. Will consider for future jobs.

On time for estimate and repair appointments, quoted a price well below competitiors yet still the same work being completed based upon proposals. Took "before" and "after" picture and personality was very nice and well mannered. Provided 1 year warranty. Will recommend to my friends and for my untrue roof repairs.
