Framing and Siding Construction

After receiving multiple bids for roofing and fencing work, I hired Jose Villalpando and his crew from Framing and Siding Construction to replace the roof on my house and garage based on excellent reviews on Home Advisor and fair bid. After another fencing contractor, NOT endorsed by Home Advisor, bailed on me, Jose offered a very fair bid on installation of a new fence, which I accepted. Despite absolutely rotten weather 3 of 5 days, both projects were completed within the week. The crew took great care to ensure that the roofing work was staged to avoid any exposure during the strong storms we were experiencing overnight and left my yard clean and safe at the end of each work day. The workmanship on both fence and roof is excellent and the results are exactly what I had hoped for. As a single, older woman, I dreaded dealing with contractors but found Jose extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and possessing a level of professional integrity that exceeded my expectations. It was my experience that Framing and Siding Construction is committed to customer satisfaction and delivering quality results at fair prices. Without hesitation, I highly recommend them to anyone needing fencing or roofing work.

I interviewed several other contractors for the work, these guys gave the most complete estimate. They weren't the cheapest but I felt more comfortable that there wouldn't be a lot of extras tacked on during the work. They did a very good job, I was a little disappointed at their clean up effort, as they left a lot of lose construction debris and nails.
