Framing and Siding Construction

I asked for a estimate and they came out and ended up doing the work without my consent.

I would recommend them to anybody. Fair price, on time, quality of work was excellent, and easy to work with.

The work was done well, but I had several unreturned calls to set up the bid, then on the day we were supposed to meet the meeting was pushed back 2 times. This was a rush job so that was really frustrating. Once the work was completed everything was done satisfactorily. The customer service was my big issue.

We had a total of 5 estimates and decided to go with Juan with Framing & Siding Construction as he was very knowledgeable when we had questions and he was flexible on working with us. We were impressed with his initial inspection of the work that needed to be done. He was very thorough in his review of our roof and gave and estimate on the spot. His guys showed up early the next day and started the job. By early afternoon the job was complete. Juan and his guys did a good job with the repairs and clean up afterwards. Everyone was super friendly and helpful if we had any questions. We will use them again in the future and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Work was done in a timely and professional manner. They came out within 24 hours and completed all work within a reasonable amount of time and the work was excellent quality. They are a bit pricey, but worth it.

They did not paint all of the patio. They also charged me more money then what was quoted he said that he for got to put the extra in his bid......My roof still leaks he said he would be back but have not seen him.....The ceiling fans were supposed to be flushed and he did not do that said he forgot..

The guy that assisted my spouse was very professional, he was very knowledgeable. He done an excellent job and went the extra mile to fix a minor pipe with out additional charge.

They were friendly and easy to work with. They did all of the repairs I requested, including a couple extra items we added on the day the work was being done. The price was reasonable and they completed the work quickly. I would hire them again.

The interior painting portion of the job was unsatisfactory. Roof repair was accomplished satisfactorily. I hired this firm quickly as time was of the essence but wouldn't again based on price.
