I am very pleased with the work done. Very professional and were very quick to get job done.

I had an emergency situation with a roof leak, and Jose was prompt in coming to evaluate it. He sent a clear list of what he would do along with the appraisal, and I really appreciate that. His crew removed shingles and repaired decking on the utility room roof, where the rain poured in a few days earlier, and also the back porch roof, which was developing problems. They then replaced the shingles with appropriate self-adhered roofing, because those roofs are nearly flat. In addition they did many small repairs on the main roof, as noted on my inspection report when I bought the house, such as replacing roof jacks, replacing damaged shingles, etc. Everything looks very good. They left the area totally clean, taking all the debris with them. I highly recommend this company.

Their prices are fair and reasonable. Jose and its crew are highly experienced professionals. They provided superior craftsmanship and top-notch services. They worked on my house for four days showing up on time each day and the project was completed as scheduled. The crew works fast and exhibits excellent teamwork. They don't cut corners or skimp on materials. I had some studs that were infested by termites. It was quickly replaced. In another area near the gables they found insufficient studs so they quickly brought in more studs to properly mount the lap siding. Even their painters are highly skilled. No runs or imperfections. I had big problem with wasps but that didn't stop them. I am quite picky, but they love picky customers. I could not find any issues with their work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for my next remodel. I would give them more than 5 stars but that's how high it can go.

The crew did a great job. Committed to a time each day but neither time came in on time (took off work for this too). Communication was sort of a sticking point with crew (my spanish is bad) but, not an issue with owner/foreman as they had to come back a 3rd time to finish. It seemed a bit overpriced but all trade jobs are that way now. Bottom line is I would hire them again since they did a good job.

Workers where great, owner came out to check work and they worked on Sunday. Very on time. Checked to make sure verified she was okay with the work.
