The contractor went way out of his way to do this very difficult job, right. Materials were extremely hard to find but contractor persisted until he had the right materials and he did an outstanding job while communicating regularly! I highly recommend Ultimate!

Have to wait till next time it rains to totally be able to rate work quality so hopefully can revise later. Jose was only one of three I had out for estimating that got on roof to inspect. Also got back to me first with detailed quote when I had to email then text another one to send less detailed more expensive quote and last one never even sent one.

Good communication and quick to assist with my roof repair. He provided a fair estimate and pictures of completed work.

Jose was quick to respond to my request and very courteous. He came out within a few hours and evaluated my roof. After inspecting he showed me with pictures what he found and why I lost ridge vent tiles. He offered me several options and the pricing. I chose a option to replace about 15 ridge vents and to properly nail all the other ridge vents. He had his man on site later that day and completed the project. The job was completed in only a little over 2 hours which I feel now was a little pricey. But since a storm was headed our way with rain and the priority that Jose assigned to my property needs..... I am satisfied. I would definitely get them to bid on future projects.

It's a shame that you can put star and not just 5.Had 3 companies respond to posting and 3 came out but we were impressed with the business practice of Jose Villapando. Jose was very good at communicating what he was going to do and the price.He sent an email with the estimate and we signed it all with in a couple hours.The crew were here but 1st day we had too much rain but, next day they were here bright and early and finished all but painting. Plus you get to pick the color of the paint not just white.They used quality paint from Sherwin-Williams.Next day they where here and sprayed and cleaned up with no over spray .Even covered our neighbor's car from any over spray with plastic.They cleaned up and didn't leave even a small mess you usually have to clean up after workers leave. I would hire this company again ! His crew were very hard worker with no slack time other than lunch which they ate in my yard with no trash anywhere. I can't say enough good about this company they are 10 stars from us ! Great Company to work with ! Thank you Jose & crew ! Job well done !!!!
