Fox had done a super job landscaping my back yard around my pool, so I called them to redo my front yard landscaping. They were prompt about giving me a design that I liked in Feb or March but took 3 months to get me a cost estimate. After adjusting the design to fit my budget, it took until Sept to do the work. And by then, they'd forgotten the design they laid out. They assumed I was going to have gutters installed and I didn't know I was supposed to do that -- the first rain washed all the mulch and dirt onto my front deck. A large number of the plants died. After I had gutters installed by a different contractor at additional cost, Fox did come back and repair the damage and replace the dead plants at no charge. They were quite hard sell on the landscape lighting and then didn't ensure that it actually worked or show me how to work it. It took me several weeks and a couple of trips to Lowes and several searches on the internet to figure out how to get my landscape lighting, that I hadn't really wanted in the first place, to turn on in the evening.

It went fine. We were very pleased. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I could depend on him to answer questions.
