We have never experienced any bugs in our house since using Fox. We especially appreciate that they spray the outside perimeter of the house, rather than spraying inside.

The inspection was very meticulous, and the report detailed.

Expensive $900 for inspection of a 2500 sq foot older home... work was done in a prompt fashion and seems to have been through. I chose Fox because they did the previous inspection and figured it would be best for a quick close.. My main gripe is they keep spamming me with 3rd party service solicitations despite multiple requests for them to remove me from the list.

This is the second time I've used Fox Inspection and every time has been perfect. I attended one of the inspection and the inspector (Richard Flores) was fantastic. I was initially afraid my presence would slow him down, but he was quick, professional, and never seemed bothered by my questions. Both inspections delivered reports the same day of the inspection too! I also stopped by their office to pick up some free moving boxes. Bonus points to them for having a Wonder Woman cut-out at their reception area!

The home I am buying was built in 1947, so it was a challenge to inspect but Steve did a great job. He showed up on time and was very focused on his job. He was knowledgeable, took great pictures and wrote a complete report. Steve is a professional.

Fox did an excellent job inspecting two houses we were considering. Their inspectors were punctual, courteous and professional. They uncovered various issues and explained the relative importance of each, going over their findings in brief at the site, and later sending us a full report. This was money well-spent, and I'd definitely hire them again in the future.

The team at Fox Inspections has been a great help during the construction of our new house. We had them come out and inspect pre-drywall, they found a few things the builder had not caught. Bigger issues came up at final inspection, I was so thankful we had hired Fox for ourselves and caught potential roof leaks, a/c issues and a vent hood not sealed. HIGHLY recommend!

Fox Inspection Group, Gordon Fox, was the first inspector on, as I recall, the first home I sold as a Realtor; it was an amazing experience and clients were beyond happy with the service. Fox Inspections are an excellent group of people to work with! We were completely satisfied with the inspection report which was very detailed. They did an excellent job of figuring out minute details that could have easily been looked over. They were completely spot on with their start time. Also, they called us 30 minutes prior to completion of the inspection. When we arrived, they were done in 20 minutes and took us through all the photos of the inspection with detailed explanation of each one of them. They were very courteous and patient in their explanations. Once everything was done, they offered snacks and water. Also, offered a discount on the next inspection if we get it done within 30 days. All in all, a great experience and I will strongly recommend Fox Inspections to anyone who is in the process of buying a house!

They left our home dirty. Filthy finger prints on white doors and door frames. Our tub was left very dirty. They broke our sprinkler box. The door to the box was broken and the box was left unsecured to the wall.

We found shortly after closing that the dishwasher ran, but didn't drain, and had to be replaced. We also found the hot water faucet in one bathroom did not work, and had to be replaced, and the master bathroom faucet wasn't attached, and leaked water, plus several other issues that the inspector missed. We did contact them regarding the dishwasher, and they did send a check for replacing it promptly, and my husband fixed the other issues with lights and plumbing, but all of these should have been caught by the inspector. Not everyone is married to an engineer! The owner of the business was prompt in his response, so I'm sure it was just that we had a less professional inspector.

Excellent. Mark Denton did a thorough review of both residences, taking 4-5 hours to inspect everything and then taking the time to give me a thorough walk through. With the things he found he saved me thousands of dollars. He wasn't a cost, he was a worthwhile investment.

Wow! Fox was fantastic! Their inspector (Alex) was professional, thorough, and had his report prepared within 12 hours. It has been a pleasure to deal with everyone in their organization. Definitely will suggest to all of my clients.

You absolutely get your money's worth with Fox. The report was built in real-time using their surface tablets and cameras, and I was able to review every single photo of my crawl space with Gordon immediately after he came out. Best yet, they were able to get the report to me that night. Alex stayed up till nearly midnight, and was available by text the entire time. Not sure there's any other company or inspector out there who can provide that good of service. Several days later I had a quick follow up question and got a response within 2 minutes of my text back to Alex.

The inspectors (home, pool and insect) were prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. The written reports we received were detailed and helpful. Would recommend this company to friends.

Fox Residential Services Group is a turnkey provider of all residential inspection needs. In addition to home inspections, they handle swimming pool and termite inspections. I am a Realtor and I urge my buyers and sellers to utilize their services as they can handle it all. They are punctual, attentive to my client's needs, patient, great at relating their findings, speak clearly, have a great turn around time in getting the reports out, mindful of not tracking in dirt, encourage my clients to call them with any concerns or questions and the offer staff is always pleasant and eager to be of help.

Scheduling was easy. The Angie's List association helped get me a discount. The inspector showed up on time, was professionally dressed, and had all equipment necessary. It was a rainy and muddy day, but he took all necessary precautions for safety and keeping the property clean. The result was great detail on the home condition. He found where the hot water heater was venting into the attic and potential water leaks on the roof. He also found improper wiring in one spot that could result in fire damage. And the thermal imaging found a wet patch of dry wall under a register that would have gone unnoticed until it was a stained patch of drywall. We are glad to have that level of detail now so the repair can be made before we buy. If I had it to do all over again, I would definitely choose Fox. Oh, and one nice perk was that the inspector had bottles of water and snacks to share with me during the inspection. How nice is that?

The inspector performed a complete review of the home, was very friendly and professional. He patiently explained all details of his report with us and encouraged questions and comments. The inspection was thorough and well done - including a survey of the foundation, thermal scanning, and inspection of the roof. They even lay out a rug at the front door and wear shoe covers to protect the home.

Burney inspected our 3300 sq ft home for 4 hours. He was very thorough, and I was impressed with the tool he utilized for the inspection (thermal camera, moisture meter, etc.). He was very professional throughout his time there, respecting the wood floors and carpets by using inside boots. Excellent company, very responsive, would highly recommend. They may be a bit more expensive than your standard inspection company, but you absolutely get what you pay for here.

In one word - awesome! The inspector came in, complete with a cooler full of water bottles and snacks and a towel for the front door to dry off our shoes. They were very thorough on the inspection of an older house and wrapped it up in about 3.5 hours, despite the rain. The inspector even let me come along with him to ask questions and help explain his observations during the inspection.

We needed an inspection done on a $805,000 home my client was buying. Fox has the reputation of doing a thorough educated inspection and my client was pleased with what was pointed out. We were able to follow through with getting someone out to look at the problem and my client felt he was able to move forward comfortably knowing that the problem had been addressed. They also sent out a courteous follow up after they sent the report in case my client had any questions. We were all very happy with them.

As a Realtor, I've been on both sides of the transaction looking at a Fox Inspection Report. I've used them with my buyers and I've seen them on properties I've listed. I can tell you, without a doubt, they exceed thoroughness and their information is extremely even handed. Each report I've ever seen, and each inspector I've ever dealt with, has been the paragon of their profession. Their reports are detailed and accurate.
