Horrible service--a complete waste of $10K. Their sales guy (from Isle of Man) assured us of a top notch job--complete customer satisfaction. We were in a hurry to get this done and plunked down 1/3 of the cost.....then no one got back to us for 3.5 months. We had originally asked for a screened-in second floor back porch and just replacement rails/posts on second story front porch (the originals were 40+ yrs old and showing signs of wood rot). We showed them the house down the street and asked if they could give us similar posts/railings. They said they could. When they finally sent a crew, they demanded the next 1/3 payment to buy supplies, which they did. The crew, however, had no drawings or plans, and could not do simple math. An 8th grade wood shop student could have done a better job. The crew was some guy named Scooter and his son, along with the construction supervisor, Rick Stutes. Once we saw what they were doing on the back porch we asked him to stop work, forget the screens, just replace the railings and posts with new wood--an extremely simple assignment. They could have purchased the pieces at Home Depot or Lowes! Instead, they fabricated posts out of a Hardy-plank substance and never finished the job. Left big gaps where the posts meet the porch roof and holes in our siding. It looks horrible now, and we need to hire someone else to come in, tear the old work out, and redo it. Expensive lesson learned--these guys are nothing but crooks and liars. I would be glad to provide photos to show you their workmanship. Some time in spring of 2015, I contacted them and asked when they would finish. A guy named Jason Rose emailed me and said all of the former people had been fired, and that he had been brought in from CA to clean up their messes. He came and saw the work, promised to fix it, and never came back. Last contact was August 2015, when he promised that it would be done by October.......crickets. We have an older house and have had lots of repair work done over the years--pool resurfacing, new roof, hardwood floor refinishing, painting, kitchen and bath remodeling. We have never written a bad review. Stay far away from these nitwits.

They came in, broke my knee wall and told me that I needed an entire new sun room. I had to go to another sun room service provider that could fix the issues that this service provider made!

The entire process took from May to end of August, much longer than I thought it would. One of the windows came in wrong, but was corrected. Our salesman assured us that we would no longer need the solar screens on the back of the house. He was wrong. The windows themselves are good quality and they appear to be positioned properly in the openings. However, I am disappointed with the quality of the caulking, both inside and out. I had a different expectation.

Nick gave the estimate at the time we did not know the project was grossly over-price. He told us he would submit a request to HOA for us not the worry, did not have to do anything he would take care of it. 06/24/2013 we checked with HOA and nothing was ever submitted for approval of new window replacement. He told us after the work all we had to do was a little interior paint. The wait was six weeks. He took advantage of senior citizens. Overprice and fabricated the task done by him to HOA.

I have a fairly large house 3600 sq. ft. with lots and lots of windows, a total of 33 windows Some of my windows were arched and some had a curved eyebrow. I also had a diffused glass three window bay off the master bathroom garden Jacuzzi tub. The original house was built in 2003 and has aluminum frame double pane windows which were supposed to be energy efficient but they weren't. My heating and cooling costs were very high and I was looking for a solution to lower the costs. I had demonstrations from several windows replacement companies. I have an Engineering Degree and was extremely impressed with the presentation that four seasons made. They used various window pane types and a heat lamp to demonstrate the heat/cool efficiency of the four season windows. With the heat lamp on one side of the four season glass you could touch the other side and it was still cool. With the other window glass samples you could not even get your had close. The windows are vinyl windows to further improve insulate capabilities and 87% tinted to block most UV rays but still allow plants to grow. The glass is about 5/8 inch thick and is hurricane proof up to cat 5 hurricanes; not more plylox and plywood. The windows were ordered and it took a total install time fro all of the windows of about a week and one half. I had broken this up into thirds. Four seasons professionally installed the windows, which were of the highest quality. They estimated my heating and cooling bills would drop by 40% if I replaced all of the windows and I have seen a 40-50% drop in my costs. The house is also a lot more comfortable and as a side benefit the new windows block out almost all of the outside noise . The house is very , very quiet. Four seasons was very professional and went the extra mile I had shutters on all of my windows with magnetic latches. Some of the plastic on the latches had become brittle and the latches were broken; Four seasons replaced the magnetic latches. The by windows in the master bathroom were narrow and not a normal window size. Four Seasons was able to custom build windows for that area. I have several arched window and windows with curved eyebrow tops; These windows were replaced with like windows. The windows were installed professionally and they are was cleaned up very well. I am very happy with the overall product and would choose Four Seasons again if I had it to do over. There are many window replacement companies and there are a few other good one that are competitors, but I still think fours seasons is the best. They are expensive. If you average it out my windows cost around $1,000 apiece. However, your cost will probably be substantially lower because most ( 2/3) of my windows were arched, or curved and it costs a lot more to make an arched or curved window.

We had gotten bids from several window replacement companies. Of the companies we got bids from, Four Seasons had the best product, not the best price, but certainly the best product of what we had seen. Once the deal was signed, they had to submit to our HOA in The Woodlands. After not hearing anything for a couple weeks, I called them and asked if the windows were on order and when the install date was. They said they hadn't heard back from the HOA yet. We started calling and found out the HOA had never received the paperwork. Turns out Four Seasons did not have the correct address, seems like that would be something they would make sure they had prior to sending them off. In any event, once we took care of that, the windows were ordered and approx 6 weeks later they were in and install date was set. During the time between making the decision and final install, the folks at Four Seasons were responsive to our questions and kept us informed of progress along the way.
Description of Work: We had 25 original aluminum windows replaced with Four Seasons double pane, polarized windows. The contractor and his crew who did the work did an excellent job removing and installing the new windows and making sure we were fully satisified with the job they did.

I was given calls by the Company to be sure that I would be there for the scheduled appointment with an overwhelming emphasis on whether my wife would be there too. I was very upfront that I was putting together a budget to gut this home and remodel it and I was the sole decision maker in this regard. They accepted that and the phone person was very direct in that I would need 60-90 minutes of UNINTERRUPTED time to spend with their salesman, and I gave him exactly 90 minutes. Let me say that I have been in one form of sales or another for my entire work life. What I experienced this day was quite painful. I believe the sales person was new as he showed up without a pen and had terrible time management and presentation skills. In addition, he had terrible breath, which made the whole bad experience even worse. When he saw that my wife was not there, he had to call his boss as this was "highly irregular" to him. I again explained the situation to him and told him that he wasn't going to power close anyone that day. He said that he was going to present me with discounts "today" that would leave with him. I said, so be it.. Then he proceeded with an "interview sheet" which included asking if I had received other quotes and HOW MUCH had they quoted me? It got less professional as time went on with him making three total "guidance" calls to his boss. He spent an inordinate amount of time showing me videos on his lap top of how they have installs all over Turkey, Dubai, New York and the whole World, over and over and over again. After 75 minutes, he went to his car to get a sample window. When he returned I reminded him that he had 15 minutes to get this all done. He seemed rather put out. Previous to this he had marched me all around the home writing the window measurements down on a sheet of paper for him as he called them out. First time I had had this done by a potential contractor. In the end, he gave me no quote, and I have not heard from him since. He wanted to set up another appointment one week later and said he would call me to confirm it. No call has been received. You are forewarned. Don't waste your time.
Description of Work: I wanted an estimate to replace about 15 windows and a sliding door in a complete home remodel. I told the appointment person and the field "salesman" that I may replace the front half of the homes windows or all of them depending on their pricing and my budget.

I guess the title says it all. I expect at least the sales guys to act interested in a big project. I registered online for a free estimate appointment 4 days ahead, and received a "$1500" off coupon. I expected someone to call me. No luck. I called back after 40 hrs and the rep tells me the information online does not come to them. Are you kidding me! So I spend all this time on the website looking at pretty pics and testimonials and then register, feel excited about a $1500 coupon and then after all that, you tell me - sorry we don't have you in our system. I basically lost it and thought it wise to end our conversation and instead contact the local Four Seasons Sunrooms at Houston. ANd that story goes like so - lady picks up and I give my info asking if they have any bookings by that name on that date. She mentions she has no access to future bookings and can only look at today's bookings. You have got to be serious. If I am to put up $20,000-$25,000, I expect more professionalism. To take it even further, when I called to cancel the appointment - again indifference. The rep simply took my info and said thanks. I was very glad I didn't have to go with these guys. They may be fantastic in what they do, but I highly suspect it, given my interactions with people who are entrusted with earning customer business. I hope I am wrong but I would wait for some positive reviews here to believe. Try at your own risk.
Description of Work: Lousy customer service, casual indifferent attitude.

I called to set a meeting for a quote and was SHOCKED that the company insisted that my husband be present for me to obtain a quote. Are you joking? In this day and age, where a woman like myself is the CEO of her own company, the main breadwinner of a family, and owner of significant property is required by your business to have HER HUSBAND present at a meeting is draconian, offensive, and unacceptable. I refused to have my husband present and they refused to come out and provide me with a quote. I told the representative that they are going to lose my business. She hung up on me. I will not be using this company.

The sales rep was knowlegeable and sold us on his company. The contract was signed June 18, 2011. The windows (13) were to be ordered and ready for installation the first week in August . We were going to be out of town that week, so they scheduled to come August 11. When they came they were missing 2 windows and all 13 screens. They were apologetic, but we had to schedule another day to complete the installation. They were to come September 7 to complete the job, however they installed the 2 missing windows, but did not have the screens. Jason called to find out if the screens had arrived and was told that they were in the warehouse. He told us he would pick them up and install the screens the next day. He said that we did not have to be home as we had an appointment already scheduled for the following day. He then asked for the final check. We believed him and paid him. He did not show up the next day. The screens had to be reordered. No one from the company called to let us know that the screens had to be reordered until I called them. Again, they were apologetic. The window screens were finally installed the week of November 6, 2011. I am satisfied with the windows, but this company don't seem to be concerned about keeping the customer informed about problems and/or resolutions. I had to call and question them, including me asking them to show me the two ways of opening and closing the windows. This project began in June and was not completed until November.
Description of Work: Four Seasons Home Products (Houston, TX) were to install 13 double paned windows and screens in August 2011. They explained that the windows would be manufactured in New York (??) and that there was a 4 to 6 week production period. They were to remove the old windows, clean up the affected areas and show us how to open and close the new windows at project completion during the final walk through.

Four Seasons Sunrooms did an awful job on my sunroom. This was a flat out terrible experience and I basically was taken for my money. They subbed out the actual building of my sunroom, and the contractor I got was half way finished with the job and went bankrupt. I contacted Four Seasons to see how we were going to get the project completed that I had paid for and they said they were not responsible for their subs. The best they could do for me was to sell me the remaining materials at contractor's prices and I would have to complete it myself. I ended up spending twice as much to get this done and one would never imagine that a nation wide business would be so negligent and unwilling to take responsibility of their own sub contractors.
Description of Work: They built a sunroom addition on my home.
