Four Seasons Gutters Cleaning & Repairs

I do not have that many feet of gutter and he gave me an estimate for $235.00. Then they found out that I found there name off of Angie's list and he dropped the price to $195.00. I didn't believe this was good business practice.

Arrived earlier than scheduled, because of expected rain. Offered to dispose of large branch "for whatever price I thought was fair"

The owner is very efficient and pleasant. He is very accommodating. He was there at the time he said he would. He did what he said he would do. The price is reasonable. He did the job in a timely manner. I would recommend him.

Great! Received an estimate right away and then the work was done the next day. Although it seemed a little pricey, it was certainly in the ballpark of other estimates I received. I elected to go with Four Season due to their promptness, pleasant business-like attitude, and recommendations from Angie's List.

Overall, it went great. He was on time. He stayed as long as it took and did everything efficiently, thoroughly and professionally.

It went great! I called in the morning he indicated showing up around 11am the same day. He did. Took a look at the scope. Quoted the price. I was a bit surprised at the cost, but he felt based on what he saw that the job would take a while, he was right.

They are very responsive and always called me in advance to let me know they were coming. The approximate cost is what they charged per year.

Mike gave me his estimate over the telephone, then said he would call when he had a time saying he would give me at least an hour advance notice. Within 2 or 3 days he called, and completed the work efficiently and quickly and cheerfully. Even though it was dinner time and he had been working all day, his energy level was high. I was happy with the choice of Four Seasons.

Very professional, punctual, and courteous. The price seems a little high. I did not want to use an extension ladder and try to re-fasten second floor gutter. I figured if I fell off the ladder my medical costs would be a lot more. House is approximately 1300 square feet. Garage apartment is approximately 700 square feet.

They showed up on time, got right to work, cleaned everything including all debris that was blown on the ground. My property was left cleaner than when they got there. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

After heavy rain last week, it was obvious to us that we had a completely clogged gutter. I called Mike and within an hour and a half he was here! He not only took apart and cleaned the affected gutter and downspout, he checked ALL of the gutters around our house. It turned out that they all had some clogging from leaves, roofing materials, neighbors toys, etc. Mike cleaned them all with no additional cost to us. I couldn't be happier! I would give Mike and his company an A+++++++++++++!

They were excellent. Michael was prompt and professional. He did what he said he would do. We'll use him again.

I called on Saturday and got an appointment for the following Monday. We agreed on $295 for whole house. They showed up a 1/2 hour early and finished in about 3 hours. They requested an additional $95 for rehanging the loose gutters. They seemed to do a complete cleaning job but did leave some dirt in the driveway. They cleaned up the rest of the yard fine. I was satisfied with the job.

Michael and his crew arrived on time and worked through the day, cleaning the gutters and roof valleys and removing all debris from the premises.

The get high marks. They promptly returned my initial email; we agreed on price over the phone. They set and kept the appointment. Work was done quickly and professionally. They left the place clean and took off the trash. I was pleased

Excellent. Significantly cheaper than my other bid. They arrived for an estimate on the same day I called them. Likewise when I called to have them do the job done. They are very good communicators and provided good advice. They are also used and liked by a member of Bellaire Young Mothers. Small minus, they do not accept credit cards but mailing a check afterwards is OK. I didn't have to be there for the cleaning although I happened to get home while they were there hence my comment about how well they explain and advise. They are also nice and helped keep me nice by suggesting that I not rush over to the neighbors to complain about the tennis balls!

Came at the scheduled time and went right to work. Did a good job. One nice thing was that he didn't demand payment and would have mailed me a bill if needed. Very professional service.
