Spoke to salesperson over phone and scheduled installation. crew arrived on-time. As they started to remove old box, they informed "the said price is not the price for wireless module. your module is customized. need to speak with sales manager". Spoke to sales manager and price went up by $10 per month and included Alarm.com. I agreed to continue installation. After removing old panel, as they installed new panel, now the crew started paperwork and suddenly, Alarm.com is not included in monthly cost. that required additional per month (probably $5 or so). this was disturbing. so asked them to replace old system and don't want their service. Eventually, got better price from my previous service provider.
Description of Work: wanted to switch alarm service. and spoke to salesperson that I had a wireless setup and provided specific model of existing system. Got offer for free replacement including mobile monitoring app for around $20 per month.

If we are able to take over your existing system, the cost is just $15.95/mo plus the cost of the wireless module if you don't have a land-line. If we need to replace your entire system, there is an extra charge per month as we would be putting brand new equipment into your home.
