Description of Work: My garage was hanging in mid-air and wouldn't close or open completely. I had errands to run and business meetings to attend. I needed my garaged repaired in a timely manner. I called Focus Garage Repair and they came out almost immediately.

+ -1 moreI had a broken spring, frayed cables, and warned out end plates. I contacted Focus Garage Door Service and the gentlemen came out the same day to inspect. He explained to me in detailed everything that was wrong with my garage door. He was very polite, patient, and professional. I gave him a B for punctuality because he arrived 20 minutes after schedule; however, he did have common courtesy to call and keep me informed of his arrival. To my surprise the work was completed within the hour. The gentleman cleaned his work area and the work was affordable. I will definitely recommend this company. Satisfied Customer
