Description of Work: They laid all new hardwood floors in a master suite and refinished them. They refinished the existing hardwood floors in a 1930 Heights bungalow to match the new floors. | |Everything went great. They worked into the late evening to ensure the floors would be dry so we could keep our original move-in date. We would definitely recommend them again.

Description of Work: Refinished hardwoods on both floors of my two-flat duplex. Tony was very informative about the process. His crew was punctual and helpful, including painting samples on my floors to choose colors. When I had an electrical problem after the work, Tony came right out to handle it (turned out not to be related to the floor work.) I highly recommend this business.

They did a really good job. It took them about 2 days to complete the work. The owner was really personable and answered all my questions. He offered to come out and fix anything I didn’t like afterwards which I thought was nice. They were best price I could find.
Description of Work: They resurfaced my hardwood floors from 1957. The floor was covered under carpet for a number of years.

They gave me a quote, but they later said they couldn’t do the work. The installers said that there was a misalignment in the floors and they couldn’t do the job. I got an estimate from another company that said they were able to do the work. Floors 2 Luv was, however, professional and always nice.

Not only was Tony the cheapest bid I received, but he was professional and provided great quality work in the time that he said he would complete the job. highly recommended!

Plumbers had ruined an area of our wood floor by dragging a refrigerator over it. It had dented a 4x4 foot area. Tony Batista was very professional and nice. He explained that they could fix the dent, but the finish would be slightly different than the rest of the floor. He said that the difference would only be noticeable to us since it would be very subtle. He was exactly right. They did a great job, were on time, and Tony even sent an e-mail after the job with tips on how to take care of our floor. Highly recommended!
