+ -1 moreFloorland of Texas provided a high quality carpet with a good selection in the showroom. The salesperson and the installers were all very helpful. The installers even helped replace the furniture after installation. They were clean and courteous. The carpet looks and fits great and is holding up well. We are very satisfied.
Description of Work: They installed carpeting in three bedrooms and our living area.

+ -1 moreFloor Land of Texas did a so-so good job of installing the carpet and the salesmen were alright. I have no problem with them but the actual people they sent out just seemed like they were partying way too much as they were very loud and obnoxious. I just don't think you act like that in other peoples homes.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They used high quality material. They did have a huge selection to choose from, were very knowledgeable, and helpful. The employees did show up on time, and finished earlier than expected. They made a mistake on the estimate so I got concerned, and took eight bids to compare, but he was still lower than all but one.
Description of Work: Floor Land of Texas put laminate floors, carpet, and slate tile in the house.

+ -1 moreFloor Land of Texas had a great selection of floors available. I felt that their prices were very reasonable. The crew come out & got the floors laid in one day. The employees were really nice & respected the inside of our home. The vinyl floors looked great when they were done & we were satisfied. The vinyl did come up in a few areas after awhile, so we contacted them, & they agreed to come out & fix it. They did say that they were busy, & we would have to wait. We understood that but now it's been three weeks & they still haven't shown up to fix it.
Description of Work: Floor Land of Texas installed vinyl flooring in two bedrooms of my house.

+ 0 moreFloor Land of Texas installed my carpet & tile, & everything looked great. After some time, the carpet needed to be stretched. It took several phone calls to finally get in touch with the right person & get them to come out. They came out & did it, but they told me if they had to come out again it would cost me $75 & now the carpet needs to be stretched again. I am not sure of the exact cost; however, I do feel that I paid too much. They have a horrible service & I would never use them again.
Description of Work: Floor Land of Texas replaced the carpet in my whole house, & the ceramic tile in the bathroom & kitchen.
