I used Floor Coverings International for some new carpet in my home. I was pleased that after purchasing for the first time from Reinel, his delivery, installation and clean up was outstanding. In this world where service is compromised Reinel and his team ordered our carpet, gave us an install date and his team corresponded with us the day before delivery. The time line was correct and the installation went very smoothly. I will for sure use them again.

We delayed updating our floors for years - and we probably should have done this sooner. We started with the replacement of carpet in our master with a red oak wood floor to match the 2nd floor hallway and downstairs. That went so well, we expanded to a "Phase 2" to refinish the entire downstairs of the house. FCI was flexible to bolt this on to the project and helped by moving the furniture into the garage. Having done other projects in the last year or so, we were cautious of who was selected to do the project. We were pleased with the coordination and execution of this project by Floor Coverings International. Pricing? Probably average and reasonable, but not the highest bid we received. The best recommendation is that we would use them again.

For the first time we hired a company to do a renovation in our home that really explained all the steps that it would take and, most importantly, met all the deadlines that we both agreed on without cutting corners. The work was finished on time with high quality, spot on!

Reinel and his associates were punctual and very professional. There was a prepared presentation that was thorough and professional. The floors met my expectations and more. Installation was fast and efficient.

From beginning to end excellent buying experience. I purchased a home in Houston; relocating from Arizona. I wanted to replace the carpeting prior to moving in. Reinel managed and arranged everything with me remotely. I met him the first time in person the day of the install. Everything went as promised and planned. Service levels you would never find at a big box/heavy volume retailer.

Overall it went really well. They did the job in the allotted amount of time that they told us they would. Floors are beautifully done. They picked up the tile for us, moved the furniture for us. No complaints.

Project was completed in a very professional manner within the established timeframe. The tile installed gave the kitchen, living and bathroom a very upgraded look.

We were concerned that repairing pieces of the wooden floor will not match the existing aged one, however Floor Covering Int came assess the type of wood required, the areas damaged and once we agreed on the offer, we had our floors fixed within a week. Very satisfied
