It went good. They did not do anything for me because I had my contractor install the tiles. Their prices were really good but it was kind of hard to get service when I was at their store. My contractor had to pick up the tiles and they were not ready. I had to pay my contractor to go and pick it up and then my contractor had to make a second trip so it cost me money.

I have purchased all of my tile and wood flooring from Floor and Dand eacute;cor. I cannot say enough about them. The quality of their products for the price is amazing and their service is top notch. They have an awesome return policy when you have an overage or change your mind and they have worked amazing things for store credits on items that have sat in storage waiting to be used and then I changed my mind 6 months later. Their workers are always helpful and courteous. I would recommend to anyone to shop there first. I have never found a better price for the quality. Great store!

They had a good selection with great prices. The only issue I had with them was when my contractor went to pick up my orde they didn't have it ready and my contractor had to wait 3 hours for them to get everything ready, which was three days after I had paid for it.

I basically really like their bookkeeping, they are very organized, and if you over order you can get a credit on it within 30 days. I've recommended them to my mother too.
