Description of Work: Repaired a broken toilet that partially flooded a laminate floor, cut and rewelded a copper pipe to replace a bad washer faucet, hooked up a refrigerator that had water inlet hose differently sized than the house water hose, and provided a drying fan at no charge for 3 days to dry the laminate flooring.
