I hired this painter due to a recommendation from someone I knew. The service provider came out on April 8th and seemed very knowledgeable and willing to do the job exactly to what we wanted. They gave us a quote of a grand total of $7,800 to have them paint the whole interior and exterior of our 2 story home but they said if we paid upfront they would knock off $800 so I did. They were supposed to start the job on April 18th but claimed there was flooding were they lived and could not come out to do the work, after weeks of further excuses they came out 2 separate days for 3 hours at a time and finished part of the painting upstairs and removed some wallpaper. After that the excuses started again from claiming personal injuries to personal family issues. This has gone on since the 18th and they claimed they would finally continue the work on the May 30th. I have a feeling they will call and make more excuses again as they have before over the last almost 2 months. This service provider has time and time again avoided work and made excuses spanning the job out almost two months and leaving me with a minimal amount of work done of the complete job I paid them for. I am extremely dissatisfied and feel that I may be stuck without a refund and an incomplete job.

Provider was professional and resolved the issue I had satisfactory. I would use them again and refer them to friends for future work.
