I met with Final Phaze because of his quick response to my inquiry. I hired him because he made a good impression during the meeting and the price was reasonable. The I am satisfied with the result and will consider using him for future work.

Danny told me he knew how to repair decks. By the new product I could tell he did not. I had him repair the deck under and above. The above job is not professional our done with any quality. Nails not put in wood and nails mis-shot and not reshot to make sure the board was not sticking up. The railing was not put back so that it looked. Decks are built with single beams across the floor not pieced together. They split some beams and just left them installed instead of putting them in nicely so that the deck looked good. Showed him mistakes and things that needed to corrected but he ignored the problems. He was in a hurry to leave.

Doors looks great and works well. Only issue was after Danny left I noticed there was a 1/16th inch gap between the new threshold he installed and my door bottom weatherstripping. I am trying to locate a door shoe that has a greater depth to seal the door bottom.

I was totally Pleased with Danny and his service. He was prompt, professional, and did a really good job. He came out to do the estimate and promptly got a written proposal to me and the deal was made. We paid him a down payment and he ordered the new back door and the screen door that we wanted and didn't have. Approx 2.5 weeks later, the doors were in and he called and we set an appt to have him install the doors. He started at approx noon and was done approx 3 hours later. The job is professional; the joints caulked and the door painted. I would hire him again in a minute. He always called to let me know if he was running late.

They spent more money on material and they did a horrible job, some things needed to be replaced, they did a poor job missing a lot of spots and I am not completely happy with the quality. They caused a lot of damage.
