This company is easy to work with. The project went very smooth.

He showed me a picture of doors to pick from, yet installed something totally different. It was not even close to what I asked for and now he is giving me the run around months later. Full of lies and deceit. At first he told me whoever he gets the doors from does not stock that style anymore. Then he said he can get it but doesn't have the money. Now he is waiting on his tax refund. I already paid him long ago. He simply tried to buy a cheaper door and install it thinking I would not care or notice. Now he isn't even returning my text or phone calls. I trusted he would do good work from the reviews, but this is a horror story. Why won't he just simply make things right and give me the door he said he was going to? How can people treat others like this? I have given him months to fix this issue and I am losing hope. How can people sleep with themselves after treating people so badly. He didn't even clean up his mess. I had to pick up leftover trash from the yard. Oh and also he left a long nail sticking up in the threshold that went through my shoe and almost through my foot! Now he tells me his business is failing, well no wonder! I would not recommend this business nor trust him at all!

I had very specific ideas in mind which included using material on hand to save on cost. He had no problem with that and agreed it was a good idea since the materials were in good shape. I appreciated his honesty. His quote was reasonable so I asked when he was available. He did the job that same day. Very happy with the service.

I emailed, via HomeAdvisor, and Ali called me that same day. He actually came out within an hour of the call, assessed the situation, and made the repairs/adjustments on the spot. Now our door seals properly, the dead bolt slides smoothly, and the door shuts tightly. Very happy with the work, with Ali's easy manner and professionalism. Although the price was a bit high, I would use him again, and can recommend Final Phaze without reservation.

Ali responded quickly with a phone call to my inquire for several door repairs and came out the same day and quoted me on the same day and was out the next morning to do the job and it only took him a little over a hour. My doors are working so much better. Thanks Ali
