Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery

We were very pleased with our experience at Ferguson's in the end. When we first went there was no one to talk to because the lighting person wasn't in that day. We made a follow-up appointment and the lady we met with was extremely helpful in selecting 2 ceiling fans, a chandelier and two other light fixtures. She had all of the items delivered to my house and they were able to deliver them before I went to work in the morning. When we got them everything was labeled as to which room it went in from the light bulbs to the ceiling fan blades. This was very helpful for the electricians. We will definitely use them again and regret not using them more on the kitchen and bath side of our remodel.

The stores large display and selection attracted us to them. Met with Maritjie, went through our thoughts for a master bathroom shower refurbishment project, advised all compnents needed. She took down all details and offered a design service and appointment for both she and her contractor to attend our home, also promised to email details of pricing on plumbing fixtures in advance. Neither turned up for the appointment, nor did she send pricing detals as promised. Have had to assume they have no intrerest in our custom..

We visited the showroom and selected a Bain Ultra tub for purchase. The quote included the option for the chromatherapy lights. We were advised that our contractor could receive 20% off the total cost if it was purchased under her account. After comparing prices with Ferguson's competitor a few doors away, we decided that with the 20% total discount the final price would be slightly better. Little did we know that the purchase in fact did NOT include the chromatherapy lights--which meant that in the end they were more expensive than their competitor. Added to this, I made MULTIPLE calls to Lindsey to try and resolve this matter. I explained that no credit card receipts or invoices/statements, etc. were ever sent to us (we made payment by phone rather than travel back to the site since we know they had the quote--although they apparently modified the quote without our knowledge!). The manager didn't bother to call me for 2 weeks after my many requests for a response. When he finally did call me, all he would say was that he believed his employees and would not offer a credit for the chromatherapy lights. Not a very responsible way to do business! No follow-through, and ZERO concern about customer satisfaction. Take your business elswhere!

Ferguson Bath & Kitchen Gallery has given us the run around. We have had a terrible experience while dealing with them. We bought our appliances from them and within a year we were having problems. The appliances were still under warranty. When we called them to repair them, they were not responsive at all. They were never available and when they finally did get out here, they did not fix them right. They brought the wrong parts for the stove. We finally just decided to find someone else to do the work.
