Fazio Eliz Pressure Wash

Fazio Eliz came to Bellaire offering pressure wash several years ago. I used his service for entire house pressure washing and was satisfied. He came this year again and used his service because of the past happy experience. He offered pressure wash for the driveway and front side of the house for 156.62 + tax (our house is a second-story house). He offered the service for the rest of house, but I declined because I thought the west and back of the house was still clean. He got my permission to inspect the west side and the back of the house. He proposed the service for the west side in addition to the front side and the driveway for additional $42, totaling $198 including tax. I inspected my house, concluding he was right: the wall of west side is covered by mildew/moss because there was no gutter there and it needs cleaning. He covered the front door by a big plastic sheet so that it would not be wet. His crew and he worked hard. Although Fazio told me it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours, it took longer. I considered it a good sign because it means he cleans the house until he gets the satisfactory results even if it takes longer than expected. After they finished the job, I inspected the result and was happy with it. In the evening, my husband came home. Although I did not tell him anything, he noticed the service because our driveway became spotless.
