Fast & Easy Moves

Broke a brand new TV1200 bucks). Admitted fault and stated they would pay for it. Failed to answer claim and have sent 250 via western union. Lol. Now when I call they hang up or put me on voice mail. Said they were on the other line with my HR and it turns out they were talking to a remote based operator that was concerned about how shady and odd the caller sounded so she sent me a recording of the call. They responded to my email with a Joel olsteen you tube link for release the negativity (that was clever but but kind of lame)after they lied and said they had sent another check. Worst company ever. Paid for three guys and two hours to move a one bedroom and I got 2 movers and like 6 hours and a busted tv. I recommend giving their referral to everyone you hate!! ** Hustlers & Thieves ** I was completely hustled by this company. They showed up 3 hours early and then charged her nearly 5 hours and she unloaded her own move at the storage unit after they threatened to leave with her things if she didn't pay them MORE MONEY. They are on Groupon so the deal sounds really great at first. Do not trust them. They take advantage of single women who need help moving there things. They showed up at the wrong time, they broke a dresser, they drive slow, they ghost when they are supposed to be moving you, they tell you you have to pay them more or the will not give you your own things. They make fake invoices, the managers don't fulfill any claims or refund any money because they already have your information when you give them your Groupon payment. Sad that nobody has reported you to the Better Business Bureau, yet. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Fast and Easy Movers stood up to every word of their name fast and easy. They accommodated my last minute changes (several of them). Andres and another guy I cannot remember name were always cheerful, pefessional, and had so much personality over the phone the several times I called. To make things even better, they sent me two heaven sent young men Jordan and DeMarco to move my items. They came at the perfect time, super pleasant, and efficient. I recommend this company to anyone and will tell all my friends and family. The service I received from them made me feel as if my own family was conducting my move. I appreciate them for being so great and pleasant. More than anything for making this move as smooth and painless as possible. Thanks again guys for a job well done.

The move went terrible. I pulled my drawers out of my dresser because it's lighter and better to move that way. (I thought they would have known that because they are allegedly Movers) the movers placed my drawers back in my dresser wrapped it in plastic and broke the handles off of my dresser carrying it up my stairs. They also unscrewed my mirror from my dresser and kept all of my screws. I have called, left messages, called numerous of times to speak to someone about the issue and no one has returned calls or even acknowledged the fact that a mistake was made . I called a few days after and my call went straight to voicemail, I called from another phone and someone picked up. This can't be a business. They lack with integrity, they lack as movers, and they lack in professionalism. I have a business degree and have been a manager in retail for 8 years, I have never experienced such disrespect to paying customers. I will be not be coming back to this business for anything and you shouldn't either. When ever there is an opportunity to share my terrible experience with these people I will do so. Take your money elsewhere. Thank you.

Claims processing is ridiculous. I hired this company in June 2018 and after talking to Joe he assured me he would provide me with two guys who genuinely know what they are doing and could move a $3k all wood bedroom set without issue/damage.... Well that didn't happen. They gave me some new guy who has never moved furniture in his entire life. Furthermore, they damage the majority of my furniture, including my $3k bedroom set, $2k living room set, bar stools, and a plethora of other items. Derek Campbell, Owner of Fast and Easy movers assured me the day of damages (move day) that they have a claims department and would process it within 90 days. I am now over the 90 day mark and after monthly and now weekly emails, voicemails, and discussions with the front staff, NO ONE has called me back and my claim is still UNRESOLVED. Stick to the REAL professionals, not Fast and Easy movers.

My move in a word with this company was exhausting. I used Groupon to book the company 2 weeks ahead of my move. I asked for any hidden fees and was told the only additional fee would be the trip charge. On the day of the move, the movers were LATE. The driver, Oscar, called twice to verify the items being moved. When they arrived, I was shocked to learn they WOULD NOT MOVE my glass table unless a $30 up-charge was paid. If I failed to pay the charge and something happened to the table then I would be liable. One of the movers, Quinn, felt it necessary to advise me of the policy using profanity and further explained his knowledge of the business was attributed to his degree in Engineering and especially dealing with “black people”. To which I said I will just write a review of this service once it’s all complete, and he replied “REVIEWS DON’T MATTER” and it was said him that he didn’t need to use that language to explain policy. I requested to speak with a representative at the company. It took minutes to reach someone and when I spoke with the rep, DeCourtney Smith, I asked to get a number so the movers could get on with the move, and he informed me his phone was dead and he wouldn’t give me his cell phone number. I paid the 30 to get the move going and quickly noticed one mover in particular, Quinn, failing to really help the other 2 workers. He stayed outside for much of the move and was observed on his phone a number of times. The move was painfully slow and required and additional 2 hours with my help. I moved 80% of my own items into my new place with the help of 1 mover named Arbre. Arbre and Oscar were most professional but the other guy completely left a very bad experience and as such I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY due to their unprofessional and unpleasant moving experience.

At the end of my move yesterday they kept my desktop box on their truck while they were trying to ran away. I was able to rescue my desktop box. My construction manager at my new house witnessed what happened and advised me to call the police. The cop said I should go through all my boxes. If there is anything missing, I need to give them a call. They showed up 30 minutes late (my place is only a few miles from their office). I had to help move boxes because they were slow. Their in-house estimate was actually less than two hours for two guys since I used to live in a very small apartment and I moved to a place only cross the street. However, they were constantly texting and sometimes just stood there chatting. They tried to charge me extra money for taking over two hours. I used movers several times in the past. This is by far the worst experience. No movers will collect payments upfront, but they demanded that. My cousin is a lawyer in Houston. He said some shady businesses set up unreasonable policies, which we don't have to follow at all. The BOTTOM LINE: If you don't want to have your item stolen (not just damaged but STOLEN), stay away from this company. The owner might set up rules for his movers, but those movers have no integrity. I really regret using this company. It is not worth the small saving to purchase their Groupon. You will end up losing more and causing a lot of headaches.

Bought a Groupon and it says must be used within 35 miles of zip code. I called and they kept telling me there was an additional 135 dollar charge and Groupon only gives you local deals in exchange

They never responded to me trying to utilize them.

The service was great.

All went well. The company called to let us know that movers are available earlier than expected and we were helpful in coordinating their arrival time with the one of our truck. Our move was a very small one.

I have had moving companies in the past but this company is by the the worst at communicating. I found them on Groupon scheduled my move and in the end I was highly disappointed. By the end of the move I ended up having to leave my dryer and other items to avoid additional fees that possibly wouldn't have applied if the men were moving fast and not standing around talking most of the time. My mattress and couch had dirt on them by the time I got to my new residence as they had been dropped by the men in the moving process. They left one of my end tables outside luckily my neighbor held it till I got back. They broke my brand new tv that was wrapped up during the move, and still till this day I am still having to leave messages for the manager/owner to call me back. It has been over a month since my move and I still have not heard anything about my tv despite the pictures I sent. Each time you call they just make broken promises to call you back it's ashame that you have to consider legal action or the department of transportation to get a simple issue resolved. And to sum it up I was still charged an additional 50 because the moves went over the 2 hours from the Groupon, this has been a on going nightmare since I opened my door to let the mover in.

I am giving them 2 stars just because of generosity. This is my 3er time moving here in Houston... I used to think it was an easy job till I found Fast & Easy Moves.... It was a very stressful day. Just resuming: 1.- Lack of Wrapping/Blue Sheets material...so not well packed my stuff. 2.- Mismatch the truck size.. means over time loading and dirty loaded. 3.- 20% of my belongings were left behind because of the truck size. 4.- Wood Stairs scratch in 3 or 4 point. 5.- No post solutions - reimbursements - nothing. Describing them in one word... AMATEURS !!!!

Arrived two hours late, crew was exhausted and spent 5 hours moving one bedroom apartment on the second floor to another less than 200 yards away in the same complex. Previous crew had moved the same furniture from third floor apartment to new second floor apartment with 20 miles of travel last time.. estimated time by office was not more than 3 hours. do not use this company late in the day,

I have no complaints I'm moving my fiancee in a few more months and I will call him and recommend him and he told me he will beat any price and quote and he is a man of his word and his crew were very professional
