Perfectly smooth. arrived on time, was flexible when we needed to reschedule, and detailed everything including circling weak spots in roof on a picture he provided. Very on top of things!

We wanted to get an inspection on a new construction home to ensure there were no big errors prior to close. I got this recommendation from my realtor but came to Angie's List to check to see if there were any ratings on this business. I gave him a call and provided him some information about the home and to find out his fee and how long it would take to get the final report. He was in the middle of an inspection at that time but asked me to send a summay e-mail to confirm our converstion and he would get back with me on a time. I received a follow up e-mail that night to confirm the time. On the day of the inspection he was very professional and thorough in his work. He was running a bit late because the address is not found on GPS but he called within 5 minutes of his arrival time to inform me of this. I stayed for the entire inspection to have time to look around the home myself for cosmetic things and to make sure all of our upgrades were included. After he was finished with his inspection he took the time to ask if I had any concerns he wanted me to check out and he went over all of his findings with me at that time. I received his final report in less than 24 hours after the inspection. I am really pleased with his services and would definitly use him again if needed.

They guy was very nice. They charged depending on the size of the house. They were very friendly and they were nice to talk. I would tell to give them a call, the guys was very nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful.
