Fast efficient and informative crew manager did a great job

I called him to help get rid of spiders and German roaches infestation. He was very responsive, on time, flexible, professional....he went above and beyond to get it done and delivered!!! I was particularly impressed on his professional approach wherein he analyzed the issues we were having by first tracing the source of the issue, discussed his findings and solution to fix it with safety in mind. He also gave us warranty...wow! All these shows he knows his job, friendly and gets the job done! I'd recommend him to all businesses and families if you to get your Pest control job done. We are stuck with it him for life now.....I'm glad we called him. Trusted, diligent, competent, friendly and amazing companies such as this are hard to come by. I had a significant rat infestation in my attic and garage. Ade is my super hero for resolving the issue and educating me on prevention. He stays on the problem how ever long it takes. He is honest, fair and just a good person all around. His rates are very reasonable and he does a LOT for that price. I plan on continuing to use his services for all pest prevention around my house. Ade was fantastic! Very polite and answered all my questions. Ade spent a lot of time and then said he wanted to return in 2 days to plug more holes. I was warned by others they would need to come every year. I have never seen another bee! I waited 10.5 months to write this review. The price was right and Ade was great! Ade was punctual, happy to answer my questions, and did a thorough job spraying the interior and exterior of my home. He also let me know to contact him personally if any comes up w/additional insects. Well, we had some additional ants start finding a way into our old 1960's build home. So I get a call back and the guy proceeds to tell me it will now cost me $300.00 to perform the service. I don't like to be "Baited and Switched" This is a rip off company that you should never use. Buyer Beware!!!

Everything went great. He was prompt and very thorough. He pulled the stove and fridge from the wall. When he found more roach activity in my aunt's room he even emptied her dresser drawers. This company is highly recommended by me.

He was very meticulous about eliminating all the termites and always cleaned up the areas he treated.
