Description of Work: The service provider did not contact me to tell me when he was coming. Service provider could not give me a time and lived near and said he could come at that time after 5 pm and do the job really quick. I said no and set another appointment for the next day and never called or showed up. I don't want a quick job done. I want it done right and thoroughly the first time. I did not pay for a quick job and expected the service provider when an appointment is made that the service provider would show up and on time.

Description of Work: Everything went smoothly. They call and let me know they were on there way. Explained the process to me. Asked me about other add on services I might be interested in, but were not pushy on selling them. Overall did good work and verry polite.
