Many refinishers would not touch my piano, and others said the action could not be regulated. Wayne Wilson made an estimate within the approximate value of the piano, 1/3rd less than the next best offer. He took a while to do the job (which he warned me about) but when he was finished I was floored. The action was perfectly regulated like a new piano. How is that possible? The piano is beautiful and while retaining its essential tonal quality, the harshness it had from old stiff hammers is gone and all notes perfectly blend. Wayne Wilson is a certified piano genius. There are some mixed reviews on Wayne. I assure you, he delivers the goods. You may contact me using the form at shulerresearch dot wordpress dot com if you need a personal reference.

Wayne rebuilt my piano a few years ago and maintains it on a regular basis. He is in high demand to give him time to fit you in to his schedule.

Con-artist is a good word for Mr. Wilson. He is a dishonest man who will willingly steal your property from you instead of honoring a business contract. Do not trust him for his word and definitely do not let him walk out with your property. You are likely to never see it again.

I am currently seeking legal action against this con-artist, simply to have my property and money returned.
Description of Work: The only work I needed done on my piano was to have the legs stabilized because I was fearful the piano would collapse. It is 100 years old and I was having foundation work done on my house, so I needed to make sure it did not fall on a construction workers foot, for example. When I contacted Everything Piano, and Wayne Wilson assured me the piano could be made playable again. Initially I was concerned only with the safety of the piano, but when he said it could be fixed I decided to take the chance and have that done. He took my piano and $1,700.00 deposit, and I have essentially not heard from him since. He ignores all texts, calls and every email address he has given results in a non-deliverable email and bounces back to my inbox. I attempted to find his place of business, but when I got there it was a bunch of warehouses, none of them with a sign indicating which business is supposed to be Everything Piano. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. YOU MAY NEVER SEE YOUR PIANO AGAIN.

I found these guys through Craigslist while shopping for a used piano. I had found a used piano that needed some work, so I called around to several repair shops to get price estimates. Wayne actually spent 30 minutes on the phone with me discussing my needs and the piano in question, and told me that he actually sells pianos from time to time at his shop. I went later that day and checked it out. It is definitely in the ghetto, but once inside, I was very impressed to see a full, working piano shop with at least 30 pianos in different phases of repair, including some and gt;$35k concert grands. I bought a used Kimball Console in great condition for $950. It has original papers, and he even provided a formal invoice/bill of sale. He also takes credit card. He also offered a 1 year warranty, delivery and first tuning with the price. He delivered it the same day, as well - putting it right where I wanted it in my house. We waited 2 weeks to tune so it could settle, and he was punctual and professional, completing the tuning in less than 30 minutes. I could not be happier and feel like I got a real deal with the professional warranty and service that rarely comes with a large, risky purchase like a used piano. I felt that he is an honest, hardworking man who can be trusted - which is hard to find these days. Highly, highly recommend!!!
