+ 0 moreI ordered the doors and was told they would take about a week, however, my home was being filmed for TV on Saturday. I asked that they rush my order and was told via phone and via email that I would have the doors by Friday. I realize that this was a rush and would have understood if they would have called and notified me that the doors would not be ready on time, however, Friday came and went and I heard nothing. I called and left a message. I had to call again on Monday since I had not heard from anyone and was told that they would be delivered that day. Considering I have a full time job I would have liked to have more than a couple hours notice that I needed to be a my home. The doors were delivered but didn't fit. Luckily, the owner was nice enough to come out and check out the issue personally the next day. We ended up getting our doors on Wednesday. Overall the quality was great and the door look good.
Description of Work: I needed custom doors for my built in refrigerator. I ordered two shaker style doors in paint grade material.
