Erin Massingill sold my entry level home in Richmond, Texas this past summer. No only did she sell it in the timeframe we were hoping for, we got asking price. Erin went above and beyond what I'd ever expected out of my realtor to deliver a smart and effective marketing strategy to sell my wife and my home. She knew how to get the attention of other realtors to keep a steady stream of prospective buyers viewing my home. I can't speak highly enough about her attention to detail and her responsiveness at all hours of the day/night/weekend/holiday. She was willing to drive all the way out to my house giving up her weekends, and even cutting into her Memorial Day holiday, just to get papers signed and answer any questions we had. She had great staging ideas and did a wonderful job of photographing my house herself. She had a great eye for design, detail, and knowing what prospective buyers would be looking for. I hate to sound redundant, but my wife and I really enjoyed our time working with Erin. I wish she lived in the DFW metroplex so I could have used her work ethic and intuition to find my home up here.
