Very professional, quick responses, easy to communicate with and well qualified to do the job right. Without a doubt, I'd use Eric Herrera Tile again.

They did amazing work; it looks so much better than it did originally. Very professional; got right to work. They obviously know their stuff. I had another estimate that was quite a bit cheaper but I didn't get a good vibe with that contractor. When Eric came to give me a second estimate I was immediately impressed, and now I am so happy that I followed my gut instinct! Very highly recommended!!

He never responded after. He could have responded and just told me he wasn't interested.

Quick turnaround, great staff that did a good job. Protected the job site and cleaned daily.

Eric Herrera Tile redid our shower tile today. His son, Eric Herrera, jr. came and did the work. He was on time, very courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job. The shower looks new. He took out the old grout and caulking, and put in new. I am so pleased and will recommend them to all who need tile work done. Will use them again. Leo Smith

The guys showed up early, which worked out great for me. They did a wonderful job - tile looks great. They were very nice and professional. I'd definitely use them again.

Eric contacted me almost immediately and, as he was in the area, he stopped by the same afternoon. He provided a detailed quote, itemizing work to be done in each bathroom, providing options up to retiling the tub surrounds. I had the written quote by e-mail before dinner. I called and we arranged for the work to be done early the following week (my earliest availability). AJ arrived early the morning of Dec. 27 and got straight to work. I showed him what I wanted him to do from the quote, and he worked quickly, cleanly and professionally. He asked me to check each shower/tub before moving on to the next room. He was polite, thorough, and extremely helpful in answering questions I had about possible renovations. My only comment is that I wish I knew to leave the shower dry, as AJ had to use a heater to dry out the shower, which slowed him down a bit. Eric readily acknowledged the Angie's List coupon (doesn't always happen) and I thought the price was very fair and the work was completed promptly and to my entire satisfaction. I would definitely hire this company again.

Knowledgeable, professional removal of damaged tile and replacement that matches other tiles. Took great care around the pool and cleaned up work area. Very pleasant person. Future work will go to Eric H.

They only do tile and contruction. Eric told me up front that they do not do plumbing, sheetrock, electrical, etc. The only problem we had was that the Sugar Land city inspector came by and told us that all of the plumbing needed to be permitted. EH Tile did a fine job with the shower pan, but because they are not licensed plumbers, the city would not issue a permit. Apparently the shower pan falls under plumbing. My recommendation is to use them for all of the tile and related construction, but call a licensed plumber for any plumbing related work. Other than that issue, we were totally pleased with their work. Our bathroom is wonderful and the tile work is fantastic!

Eric did an excellent job. First, he completed the job in two days. Old floor demolished and new tiles placed on the first day. Grout the second day, which only took a few hours. I wasn't able to be home while he was working on the first day. No problem. Trustworthy.

They were on time, did the repairs, it looked great, they left the area clean, and the leaking has stopped.

Eric, was prompt and professional. Came out looked at the job, then emailed a quote. His price beat the competitors. He sent his guys out the next couple of days. The employees where courteous and worked very fast. I was really satisfied with the quality of work. Will use them again in the future, no doubt about it. :)

I contacted Eric in June to quote me on re-doing my master shower (circa 1970). I was not looking for the Cadillac of showers, but I was looking for something nice. Eric's quote was right in line with my expectations, and he was a really nice guy to work with. After several quotes, I decided to go with Eric and he scheduled me about three weeks out; while I would have preferred sooner you know it is a good company if they're that busy! You have to provide the tile (and a few other materials) based on Eric's measurements, so that gave me time to get them ordered. Eric's work crew, as far as I know, is all his family and are great to work with. As they built the shower, they would ask me questions and we would discuss various options. Overall, the shower turned out amazing and I love it. So what did not go perfectly? 1. This is minor, but I would be told a certain time they'd arrive the next day and it was never accurate. Personally I do not care because I work from home, but for review sake I cannot give an A on punctuality. 2. Since I was responsible for providing the tile I pick some tile that was hard for the team to work with and took longer than expected. Also, it wasn't 100% compatible with certain features I wanted, so we had to come up with alternative solutions. We were able to work through all the issues, but I think some additional "guidance" prior to buying the tile would have been helpful. However, this may be partially my fault as well for not asking more questions in advance or had example tile at the time of the quote. Overall I still give Eric Herrera Tile an A+ and will use them for my guest bathroom when I get around to it.

Job went smoothly. They showed up on time, replaced the cracked grout, and cleaned up their mess before leaving.

They tore up the "new" shower floor that our miserable contractor failed on laying. They quickly and successfully relayed the floor, grouted and touched up caulk. They did an excellent job. Very friendly, professional, efficient, and punctual and easy to work with. And, the new shower floor looks great! Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

AJ was very friendly, honest, punctual and easy to work with. He did an excellent job replacing 8 of the tiles in the living room and you can't even see the difference between the new and the old. Very professional and would definitely recommend to friends and others!

Eric is excellent! I had received an estimate from him over a year ago, but ended up hiring a general contractor to do my bathroom remodels. The contractor subbed out the tile and it was so bad I had to call Eric for a second opinion. My contractor agreed with Eric that his guys did not do a great job and refused to fix it. Eric was extremely busy but managed to fit me in to his schedule. His guys arrived as scheduled and even fixed the cement board that was not applied correctly by my contractor. They were very professional and punctual. It's not finished yet, but I am not anticipating any problems. I was so impressed I couldn't wait for them to be done to post this review.

Very professional. Neat and tidy. They laid down cloth to protect the carpet. They did everything we asked them to do including recaulked both bathrooms. Excellent job. It looks beautiful.

They did a terrific job from start to finish. Their professionalism, cleanliness and instructions on materials to provide was excellent. I did not know what I was doing and they did a wonderful professional job. I wish I had it done years ago!
