He came by for initial visit and provided estimate over email and we coordinated the back splash for my kitchen a few weeks later. Project was done efficiently. Great price for material, no negotiation was necessary. Have already recommended Eric to my neighbors!

Description of Work: Installed 16" slate tiles on back porch. This is the second time I have used Eric. They do good work, show up when they say they will, actually return phone calls, clean up the work area. In summation, from my experience I would definitely recommend Eric Herrera.

Description of Work: Hardy backer board, and 4 1/4 inch ceramic tiles were installed around the bath tub. A recess ledge was also installed at the end for soap, shampoo, etc. All calking was also completed. The job looks great. The workers were good and very professional.

Description of Work: They completed a tile job I started and did an AMAZING job. I had started to tile a bathroom floor, but wasn't able to complete it. Herrera's came in, completed the floor and also tiled the shower/tub area. They were quick, and the workmanship was wonderful. They finished ahead of schedule and my bathroom looks fantastic. The crew that came in were on time, quick, and left my home spotless (in/out no cutting residue or chips anywhere.) My bathroom looks better than I expected.

Description of Work: My shower stall was stained and the caulking was peeling off. They fixed all of it and it looks like a new shower. I was/am thrilled and would/will use them again.

Description of Work: Simple regrouting work. Did a good honest job. Price a little too high at first but worked with me. Nice result. Work done when promised as promised. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: I waited 3 months to give a review. Their work still looks great. I'm still happy with the results. They replaced shower corners grout that had mildewed and cleaned and sealed the kitchen and guest bathroom tile.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced tile on large master shower floor. Touched up grout on shower walls and ceiling, re-caulked entire shower. | |Eric came to give me an estimate on Friday and had his staff there to do the work on Monday. Beautiful job, very professional and at a great price.

Description of Work: I needed my tiles cleaned and resealed. Everything went according to what I was promised from Mr. Herrera. His son came with another man and did a nice job for me. I will use them again in the future.
