I shopped for tile and was unable to find what I needed I called Eric Herrara and he gave me the names of 3 tile companies he did business with. At the first place I found what I wanted and I saved about 45% of the material cost as I made my purchase through Eric's company account. The installer (Efrem) was polite and helpful in assisting me to make a decision on the pattern to lay the tile. The tile was laid efficiently and the work location was spotless when work was completed. The work was done exactly on the date promised and in the manner/cost agreed to. Excellent Work! On completion, as they were leaving they saw a spot on my front stoop where the pavers had fallen from there bonding. They replaced the pavers and cemented them in place and then came back to inform me. I was very pleased as this problem was distracting from the curb appeal of my home and was the start of a bigger erosion problem on my front porch. They did not charge me for this extra work. GREAT!!

Eric returned my call the same day i left a message and we made an appointment within a few days for him to give an estimate for the work. He was a nice person to deal with and gave a good fair price on the spot (oral - not written). He allowed us to buy the tile directly from the tile warehouse using his discount as a contractor, which was substantial, roughly 1/3 of the list price in the tile showroom. His discount on the tiles was the cheapest price available - less than other contractors that i got estimates from. He was able to schedule the work quickly, within 2 days. Two workers came the first day removing the carpet and laying down the tile. The following day two workers came and put in the grout. The workers removed all of the carpet and left the room clean and tidy. I am very happy with the quality of the work. They finished out the details nicely at corners where they had to cut out small pieces.

Overall process went smoothly. Eric returned my initial contact call within a few hours and came out to measure and provide a quote within a couple of days. He was able to start (and complete) on the day we agreed upon. He had a couple of his guys do the installation work. They were professional, showed up exactly on time and worked efficiently. They cleaned up the debris from the installation and were quick to query me on any potential issues as the installation proceeded. We are happy with the finished work.

Eric was punctual when we scheduled a time to quote the work. I compared his quote and experience to two other bidders. The price was extremely competitive and Eric's observations/comments convinced me that he focused on quality. Eric didn't do the work himself, but checked on the job each of the three days. Two guys doing prep work (and some tiling) the first day, two different guys the last two days. We have hardwood floors throughout the house, three cats, and three kids. Without asking, Eric's crew used paper to protect the floors and always kept the doors closed. They were easy to work around and did a very good job cleaning up. I wasn't home on the last day, which included the most decorative tiling work. I left a key for Eric's crew,they did a fantastic job. The tile really looks good and they cleaned up all messes. I've done a lot of home-project tiling myself so I was concerned about the details, none of which were things Eric's crew didn't already take into consideration. I'm very pleased.

Eric responded the same day to our request for an estimate. We accepted his estimate, and he scheduled the work within three days. His brother did the work. He was an excellent craftsman, tile was carefully fitted around door frames,and left his work area clean. Very pleasant to work with. Both men had a great deal of pride in their work. When a problem developed with the caulking, Eric came back and repaired it the next day. I wish all my experience with workmen had been so great!
