Eric Herrera Tile

I called to re-do my bathroom floors and fix the botched job from a previous contractor had done. Eric came out within a day or so of us talking to measure. It was a fair estimate (labor only) and they were able to start the job within a week of my initial call. The team did a great job. They even addressed a subfloor issue I had in one of the bathrooms. The end result was top notch. Only thing I would have done different is I would have removed the bed linens in the master and clothes from the master closet. There was lots of dust created from removing the old tile. Eric's team did put plastic over everything, but some still made it through. Overall, I was very pleased and will use/recommend them in the future! They were true pro's!

I obtained three separate quotes and chose Eric Herrera Tile because Eric's quote was the most professional, and he clearly spelled out what was included and what would be extra (e.g., plumbing cost if incurred). Eric's crew worked rapidly, was careful with my home, and was polite. They did a great job. My new kitchen counter is beautiful, the two new vanity tops are equally beautiful, and the repair work was also done very well.

Eric's crew is very professional and true craftsmen of their trade. We could not have asked for better results. Eric responded to our requests in a timely manner and even was patient with us as he had to work around our scheduale. We have a couple of future projects where we will need tile work and I definitely will use Eric on those.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. Eric was very flexible in scheduling his time to come out to give us a quote as well as when they did the work. He was very easy to work and even gave me directions for how to do the job myself if I wanted to save some money. They came out on a Saturday morning and everything was finished within in a few hours. The shower looks better than when we first bought our home. We were very impressed with their workmanship and would definitely use again.

He showed up to check out the job after being contacted by email. I was home so I talked to him and since it was a small job, he offered to do it there on the spot.

The tile on my front step was all loose and needed to be removed, cleaned and re-installed. It was difficult getting someone to come out and do the repair. I noticed Eric Herrera on Angies list and saw his excellent comments from others so thought I would give him a try. He was very interested in doing the job, gave me a fair estimate for the work, came out in a few days and did a great job in a few hours. The steps now look beautiful again and my wife is extremely happy, she said they look better now than when they were originally done. Would highly recommend them and plan to use them for any future needs.

They were in and out in less than a week, and the result is beautiful. All members of the crew were professional and friendly. Even though the result was excellent, its still nice to know that all their work is guaranteed in case there are any issues down the road. I will definitely use Eric again for any future tile work.

I remodeled 2 bathrooms and asked Eric to do the tile work. He and his crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I shopped alot of stores and Eric gave me the best price on tile and install prices. I will add him to my master list of trusted service providers and will use him again with other projects.

Everything went well. This was the second time we had used Eric's company -- the first time was to install our tile floors a year ago. He was very prompt in setting up an appointment to come out and perform the work. He brought a couple of specialists, and they resealed the grout and cleaned everything up in no time at all. Well done.

Found Eric on Angie's List. I called and he came out and gave an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He gave me a detailed estimate, which was quite reasonable. We scheduled a date, I added some more work to the list, he took that all in stride. His guys came out and did the work for the bathroom in two days and the foyer on a separate day. Price was exactly to estimate, plus the extra I added on. I purchased tile and grout.

I had researched him about a year ago and used him just last week. He is a very honest guy and will tell the truth. He did not promise us the moon. He was able to manage our expectations, and the quality of the work was very good. The cost was $3 per sq. ft. We were very happy with him. We would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

This company did a terrific job at installing the tile in our master bathroom. I wasn't pleased with the way the niches turned out which was not Eric's installers fault but that I didn't realize how the tile I purchased needed to be installed. After talking with Eric, he came up with a suggestion that turned out to be a very good solution. Eric wouldn't take any money until we were completely satisfied and happy with his work. The tile job is beautiful and Eric is a very honest and honorable businessman.

They did a really great job. They were punctual so I didn't spend my time waiting for people to get going. They cleaned up the mess and hauled everything away. They were professional and careful with my things. My new floor is beautiful and I will definitely use them again.

The person that came out from Eric Herrera Tile Company did a perfect job. He did above and beyond of what the work demanded. He came out a week before to look at the job and gave me an estimate. He then asked me if I wanted him to do the job or if I wanted him to tell me how to do it. I told him to do it. He drove all the way out to my house and he would have told me how to do it. I think that was amazing. He gave me the estimate on spot and explained everything. I understood what was going to be done and why it needed to be done. He also told me about preventive measures I need to keep in mind for the future. He educated and advised me. It was nice. I also had a little work around the tub that needed to be done. This is a rental property so I wasn?t there when he repaired that. He didn?t charge me anything extra for it. He saw that it needed to be done and he did it. He also did some extra clean up work around the tub that I asked him to do and again he didn?t charge me. He was very punctual, in fact he came in a day early. He was in the area a day before the actual job appointment, so he called and asked me if he could come in. I was available too, so he finished the job one day early. I would use him in the future if need arose.

I got an Angie?s list discount from them. They were awesome. I left a message for him and he called me back in 20 minutes. He said he would come the next day to give a quote and see what needed to be done. They were scheduled after two days. He gave a two days window and they were able to finish the work within that time. There were four to five guys here and they finished the work in two hours. They were very easy to deal with and were professional. They have tons of experience. The guy used to work for builders and he is now doing his own thing. Their quote was very good. Overall, I was very happy with them. They did good quality work and used expensive materials. I will definitely use them again. I got more than what I paid them for. I rate them high overall.

Eric and team arrived on schedule. They removed all the appliances from the kitchen and utility room. The old floor was removed and a new one installed. They did a good job of keeping dust out of the main living area and minimized disruption to us. The new tile was laid down in even squares. Tile was 16" porcelain. They did everything as agreed and there were no surprises. Quality was very good. Appliances were reinstalled in good working order.

This was my first attempt at Angie's list and I guess it's a testimate to both Eric Herrera and Angie's list. They are both fantastic! I called him, he answered his own phone. Came right over and provided an estimate for the work. I got three bids and his was the best and I felt the best working with him. I called him back that same evening and his brother and worker were at my house the next morning. They worked quickly and cleanly. They are very professional and kind. They finished the job the same day and price was as promised. I'm thrilled and would recommend him to anyone. Call these guys.
