house painters
 + -1 moreTerrible - the owner/operator actually only finished about 20% of the work and then disappeared. He never returned to the house to finish the work, he never called, and he never even returned to pick-up the equipment he left at the house. During the two weeks he claimed to be working he kept making excuses about why he did not appear to be making any progress on the project.
