+ -1 moreWhen my husband and I moved into the Willowbend neighborhood three years ago, we called the alarm service provider the former homeowners used - Entry Protection Systems. Brent came out very soon thereafter and checked on the system and updated it with some newer features. He and his staff were extremely courteous and professional. Anytime I've had an issue with the alarm system - for example, when a screen would not stay in place and kept setting off the alarm on a windy day - Brent or one of his team will come right over and make it right. When my mom moved in down the street, we again used Entry for her alarm system and again have been very pleased with the quality of the service. This is one of those times when using a locally-owned business makes all the difference in the world as far as service goes.
