I was home by myself with my son at the time of the consultation so I wasn't able to go up in the attic to see the extent of what needed to be done. Set recorded and narrated videos showing me exactly what was going on. He was completely honest and didn't try to sell me on products and services we didn't need. He was punctual and communicated with me from the onset of the project. On the day the work was completed, his team covered every detail from covering the carpets, wearing booties over their shoes, and vacuuming up afterwards. After getting a quote from a big name company that was thousands of dollars more, Set was a breath of fresh air. He fixed the problems and now our home is cool and my son can sleep soundly in his room, even during the hottest part of the day. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the job. Even the online payment process was a breeze! I will be using Set and his team for any future AC work we need!!
Description of Work: Our air conditioner was not cooking properly and our son's room was always warmer than the rest of the house.
