Description of Work: They never performed any service...THAT'S THE PROBLEM. Last year, Greg came to my house and although he seemed completely nice and charming, he did not come through for me. I wanted to have my yard cleaned up because I was having visitors coming. He tried to sell me on more and I was considering it, but at the time, was dealing with a very sick spouse, so I asked him to just arrange the clean-up. He gave me a day that his crew would show-up and do the job. As that day progressed, no one showed up. I finally called him and he gave an excuse about the weather and a job that his crew was currently doing that was taking longer than expected. Instead of just telling me that he wouldn't be able to do the job, he still kept me hanging on. Eventually, I had to do the job myself. One year later, I decided to forgive and forget...everyone deserves another chance to make things right. Unfortunately, he did it to me again. This time I was planning on spending much more money than the first time. This time he didn't even show up to give me an estimate !!! He never called to say he wasn't going to make it even after I called and paged him !!!
