+ 0 moreThere was nothing good about this experience. The installer worked for over three hours huffing and puffing in frustration the whole time. When we purposely tripped the alarm, no one called. Later, we learned that they had changed our phone number without telling us! We discontinued all services with them immediately.
Description of Work: Installed phone line. Added motion detector to pre-existing alarm system. Activated alarm monitoring.

+ -1 moreI have had the alarm for nine months & I haven't had any false alarms or problems with it. They had to come out to fix it once when they first installed it, but it has been fine since then. It was just something wrong with the alarm on the windows. The employee was prompt & courteous. It is great to have a feeling of safety & peace of mind.
Description of Work: En Touch Systems installed an alarm system by the front & back doors.
