We arrived at the showroom on 3/14/15 to look at tile for a new shower. There was only 1 salesperson there & she was helping another couple along with us. She was great & answered all of our questions & popped back & forth from us & the other couple. We took a couple of hours & decided what we wanted to purchase. She was going to get the quote to us the next business day but it ended up being a couple of business days later. Part of the materials were not in stock & were coming from California but it would still take a few days for the demolition of the old shower to take place so we were told that it would definitely make it in time because we were on a VERY tight time frame on getting the shower rebuilt. When the remodeling company was supposed to begin the tile work of rebuilding the shower, they called & said they couldn't be here that day because the tile had not come in yet. When I called the company, the explanation was given to me that the tile wasn't ordered properly & it was still in California. They asked for 30 minutes to figure out what they could do for us. They ended up calling me back & saying that they had to get the tile from other people's remodels that were not in such a time crunch as we were & then they could order the tile for those jobs & we could use the tile from their jobs. When I asked the manager about what happened to the order, I was told that it was an ordering error. When I pressed as to what had happened (trying to find out if it was human error or if they just never ordered it) I was told that without knowing the system that they used they couldn't really explain it to me & that it was just an error. I did get the tile & the guys were able to begin work again the next day but it was very frustrating. I find that the tile & materials are excellent though.
