Emergency Service Restoration - San Antonio/Austin

Description of Work: Cannot get a hold of contractor to come finish the roof and complete the COS. I have emailed and called and sent a text to contractor but no contact after 2 weeks. They were recommended by Nationwide Insurance. I have notified Nationwide and let them know this is not a very good company.

Description of Work: I would not use this company unless you have endless amounts of time to hang around your home waiting for the technician to show up. |They did respond and came out later the same day that I called (Thursday). Anthony was professional. Set up equipment and I was told that it must run non-stop until he returned to disconnect and inspect the water damaged area. Equipment is supposed to run 3 days, but because of the weekend, it would be on 4 days. Equipment was very loud. Return appointment was made for 8am-1lam the following Monday. I got a call from Anthony on Monday at 9:30 saying that he got sent to another call and he would be at my house in the afternoon. Did not hear from him until after I called the office after 3pm. He said that he would be at my house the following day between 8am-11pm and requested that I call the office to request that they not schedule him that Tuesday morning, which I did. Tuesday I don't hear from Anthony until 9:30am! He tells me that he will be at my home between 11am and 11:30am. He gets to my house around ll:45 and disconnect the equipment. |

Description of Work: Tech showed up, used total scare tactics with the estimate for water mitigation. Told me I needed to remove two more walls than actually needed to have the drywall and insulation replaced. Wanted $1400 just for two fans. Gave me an estimate, told me the estimate was free, but he would like a tip for coming out and not having me ok the work. Next quote I got from another company was $400.

Description of Work: My water heater had blown a gasket, and my garage was flooded. When I was quoted prices just to suck up the water and put 3 fans in the garage, I said "no thanks". Felt it was too much .... $220. And, they were not even going to MOVE anything and suck up the water in those areas!! :(

Description of Work: One of our main sewer lines became plugged causing raw sewage to overflow into two apartments. Both apartments were occupied by persons.

Description of Work: I had a Leak in the pipes under the sink and they came out within a hour to fix the flood and what could have been major flooding in our home. They were fast and polite and professional and started the drying out process in minutes to get this controlled. We had so many areas that were wet and needed drying out fast and they were able to get this done

Description of Work: I was at my brothers house in Austin, when his water Heater had a bad leak, we called a water and flood damage restoration company in the area and they could not come out for 3 hours , it was stressful as the leak was getting real bad, I called Emergency Services to come out, and they were at his home in a hour, and saved the day, for us great job ESR The Emergency Services Restoration family pulls together to make a difference in their home states of California and Texas. This past November, they focused their efforts on behalf of the San Antonio Food Bank and made a significant difference.
