+ 0 moreThe workmanship was good, solid carpentry, doors fit tight and well adjusted. Trim work was very good, good finish. Quality of materials was good, Hardy board on closeout and attention to detail such as a high angle on the footing of the closeout panel to insure good runoff. The sheet rock work was even, the texture while not a perfect match was better than I had expected. His team was prompt and courteous and dealt with the unexpected problems of a 90 year old house. Kept me well informed of status. I will give him an opportunity to work on future larger projects.
Description of Work: Replaced 2 exterior doors and frames. Closed one door opening and sheet rocked inside.

Description of Work: Mannie came to my home to provide me a quote on building a deck. He was a very nice man but he never followed up with me. I left a vm for him and asked him the status of the quote but I never received a response.

Description of Work: I had some remodeling done in my kitchen. Elizondo's crew had to tear down all of the old kitchen counter approximately five feet by three and a half. This included taking out the old cast iron sink with all the plumbing and all of the old wood cabinets too. They then proceeded to rebuild the new kitchen counter and build new wood cabinets on site. The old sink was replaced by a new Kohler sink , new faucet and all new plumbing that works! They installed tiles on the new kitchen counter to match the old tiles on the wall. I am very pleased with the results! I found Elizondo' s work crew capable and skilled workers and responding quickly to any concerns regarding their work.

+ -1 moreElizando's Roofing did an all around wonderful job. I did research a couple of different companies and they turned out to be the perfect company for me. They worked at a steady pace. The roof turned out great and I am completely satisfied. The shingles are a good grade of thickness and will hold up well. The crew was just fabulous while out here at my home.
Description of Work: They took off my old shingles and put a completely new roof on my house. They took away all the old debris. They put on the new forms and then the shingles.
